Alfred Pennyworth is the long running butler of the Wayne Family and the Bat-Family.
Biography[]
During Dick's graduation, Alfred referred him as another son to him. When Bruce and Dick's relationship start to sour, Bruce showed Barbara the Batcave, and when Alfred saw Barbara in the cave, he admits that he is Batman, but Bruce assured him it is alright, and he tells Barbara that he knows she is Batgirl.
When Tim Drake became the new Robin, Alfred, along with everyone, was shocked to see Dick back in Gotham.
When Mister Freeze attacked Wayne Manor, Alfred was partially frozen and was placed in a sauna-like bath in the Batcave. While Batman and Batgirl left the cave to track down Freeze, Tim was left to look after Alfred.
