Ed Begley Jr. is an American actor who voiced both Charlie Collins and Germs in Batman: The Animated Series. He is one of five actors who have appeared in both Batman: The Animated Series and one of the live-action Batman films. In Begley Jr.'s case he played Fred Stickley (Edward Nygma's boss at Wayne Enterprises) in 1995's Batman Forever.
Ironically, the character of Fred Stickley is very similar to Batman: The Animated Series character Daniel Mockridge from the episode If You're So Smart, Why Aren't You Rich?.
