Hart Bochner is a Canadian actor, film director, screenwriter and producer. He voiced Arthur Reeves in the feature film Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, based on Batman: The Animated Series.
He is also the son of Lloyd Bochner, who voiced Hamilton Hill in "Batman: The Animated Series".
