Harvey Bullock is the detective of the Gotham City Police Department.

Biography

Harvey Bullock and Renee Montoya were undercover researching the thefts at Gotham Mall on Christmas Eve when Clayface appeared. With the help of Batgirl, the three used electricity to subdue and capture Clayface.

After Garfield Lynns put Cassidy in danger during her performance, Bullock and the police storm Lynns' apartment with a warrant for his arrest. Lynns is gone, but they get a look at his apartment, a virtual shrine to Cassidy, lit candles and all. Bullock ordered the officers to take some of the pictures while he raids the fridge.

In Scarecrow's dream, Bullock took part of the manhunt for Batman after Gordon learned that Batgirl was his daughter, Barbara when she was killed by Scarecrow.
