Jekko the Clown was a popular party clown.

Hoping to cheer up his son Jordan's birthday spirit, Mayor Hill hired Jekko. What neither of them knew was that the Joker had tied up the real Jekko and stole his act. He was not found by police until it was too late: the Joker was gone, and so was Jordan.
