Joey "the Snail" Martin was a small time crook.
History[]
Martin was an old associate of Killer Croc, but he and Spider Conway ratted their boss out. Joey was brought in on charges of destroying a fence. But the day after, Killer Croc busted him out in his plan to implicate Harvey Bullock. He brought him to an underground cave, and tied him up next to Conway. They were freed by Batman, who turned them both over to the police.
