The Joker's Two Thugs are two unnamed thugs working for the Joker during his plan to copyright fish.
History[]
When and how Joker hired the two thugs was never explained after Rocco and Henshaw were incarcerated.
They were first seen accompanying their boss and Harley Quinn to the Gotham City Copyright office, where Joker threatened director, G. Carl Francis to change his mind in copyrighting his Joker Fish, or he won't be so lucky.
The two thugs were later seen dressed up as children for Joker's Joker Fish commercial on TV. They later joined their boss and Harley at the Oceanside Aquarium to capture Batman, after they captured Harvey Bullock. After Joker had Batman and Bullock thrown into the shark tank, along with a lump of hamburger meat to attract the shark, Batman used his chains to steer the shark into the side of the tank, causing it to shatter and sending Harley and the two thugs falling into the tank.
After Joker's supposed death at the hands of the escaped shark, the two thugs and Harley were arrested by the police.
