This is background information and production notes of the episode Moon of the Wolf, from season one of Batman: The Animated Series.

Production Notes

• This episode is a direct adaptation of the story first published in Batman #255 in 1974. It was also written by Len Wein and illustrated by Neal Adams and it's considered among the classic Batman stories of all time.
• The hideout of Achilles Milo is called "Sebast Construction". This is a direct reference to the episode's director Dick Sebast.
• The character model of John Hamner is similar to that of the Zoo Guard from the previously produced episode, "Tyger, Tyger".

Voice Acting

As usual, a couple of voice actors were not credited for some of the voices they provided in the episode:

• Efrem Zimbalist Jr., Alfred's voice, also performed as the civilian called Norman.
• Janet May, Andrea's voice, also voiced the real state agent.
• Frank Welker, who provided the werewolf's sound effects, also voiced the buyer at the end of the episode.
