Patrick Leahy is a United States Senator from Vermont from the Democratic Party who portrayed the Governor in Batman: The Animated Series. He is a long-time fan of Batman comics. He is one of five actors who have appeared in both Batman: The Animated Series and one of the live-action Batman films. In Leahy's case, he had minor cameos in 1997's Batman & Robin, 2008's The Dark Knight and 2012's The Dark Knight Rises.
