The Batman Adventures was a series of DC Comics comic books featuring Batman. It was set in the continuity and "Dark Deco" style of Batman: The Animated Series, separate from the regular DC comics chronology. The series ran for 36 issues, 2 annuals, and 4 specials, Mad Love, Holiday Special plus comic adaptations of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm and Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero. The comics introduced several characters who never appeared in Batman: The Animated Series on television such as the villain Anarky.

While Batman: The Animated Series was re-named The Adventures of Batman & Robin for one season the comics were likewise re-branded B'atman & Robin Adventures.
